First of all, I have to mention how friendly and attentive the staff at this hotel were. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and even checked on us when we returned late from a tour. The level of service was truly outstanding.
All in all, our experience at this hotel was very positive and we didn't encounter any issues that could be improved upon.

I absolutely loved the architecture of this hotel. It had a nostalgic charm that made me feel like I was stepping back in time. The peacefulness of the surroundings, despite being near a main road, was impressive. And the pool was a wonderful addition to my relaxing stay. This hotel was amazing! The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was memorable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed lounging by the pool. The breakfast was delicious and gave us the energy we needed for our day trips. I loved how this hotel was located on a very busy street--it made it super easy to hail a taxi!

This hotel is such a hidden gem! The owners truly go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The atmosphere is so quaint and charming, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms may be basic, but they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plus, the prices are very reasonable, making it great value for money. I also love that they offer a private tour of their antique distillery, where they produce and sell their own Pisco. It's such a unique experience!
No improvement needed. Everything was just perfect!

If you're looking to disconnect from the world and be in direct touch with nature, this hotel is a great option. the property is well-maintained, with beautiful gardens and a relaxing pool area. the rooms are comfortable, with daily housekeeping and some of them have a lovely view. the staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to make your stay better. Getting around is relatively easy, with several convenience stores and restaurants nearby.
Like some other hotels in the area, there were reported cases of poor lighting outside at night.

They went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our time there and provided us with great recommendations for places to visit and things to do. the hotel also had a beautiful and relaxing environment, which was perfect for winding down after a long trip. the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious and definitely worth trying.
the restaurant had limited hours, making it difficult to eat there if you had an early start to your day.

The staff was kind and helpful during our stay. The architecture and decor of the hotel were beautiful and rustic. The pool area was serene and relaxing, perfect for hanging out with friends on New Year's Eve. The price for the food was also reasonable and the dishes were delicious. Plus, the hotel room was quite spacious with comfortable beds and a good shower.
There were some downsides that made our New Year's Eve not so enjoyable. The hotel was located in a dodgy area which affected our safety and we felt we had to be extra cautious when going out.
